This Senior Investment Accountant job in Dundee is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant with either a public practice or a financial services business to join one of the city’s leading employers.   As Senior Investment Accountant, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate production of all management accounts and financial accounts for a number of clients.  This is a highly visible role and one that will see you work with a number of stakeholders across the firm.

 

As Senior Investment Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to prepare monthly management accounts for a number of clients.  You’ll perform management as well as performance fee calculations, as well as preparing statutory accounts, Board papers and other Management Information.  As Senior Investment Accountant, you’ll work with several stakeholders both within and outwith your function including: clients, auditors and Custodians.

 

To be successful, you will have sound technical experience in the preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS.  Candidates making a first or second move from professional practice are particularly welcome.  Ideally, you’ll have good Excel skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
