Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of our banking client seeking a Senior Manager to join their operation in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. The position will play an integral part in supporting the Head of department in managing the Fraud Strategy & Analytics team.


Responsibilities of the Senior Manager – Fraud Strategy & Analytics:

  • Manage a team of fraud SME staff to meet annual fraud targets to contribute to Fraud Risk Appetite
  • Own the transactional fraud strategy for Credit Cards and Savings
  • Create the fraud budgeting process to ensure that losses are forecast at the appropriate level as the business grows
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, be a strong self-starter and use previous experience to drive for results


Background of the Senior Manager – Fraud Strategy & Analytics:

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative fraud solutions, specifically Analytical fraud experience
  • Understand the end to end customer journey within transactional banking products
  • Experience in managing multiple, fast-moving projects
  • Strong people management experience
