Responsibilities of the Position:

 

  • The Primary responsibility is to own the end to end service delivery for the Data Administration service, including all elements of oversight
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients on Fund Accounting enquiries, complaints and any other service issues
  • To support maintenance of Pricing Policy and Global Valuation process
  • Champion superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients and ensuring that queries are tracked, satisfactorily resolved in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assessing operational risk, and escalating to senior manager as required
  • Responsible for investigation and resolution of day to day operational queries, issues and incidents across the entire range of services provided by the TAs.
  • Overseeing the monitoring of daily NAV approval process and price sign off points
  • Management of issues and incidents, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring appropriate remedial steps are clearly defined and assigned to mitigate risks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the integrity of the operating model identifying and implementing best business practice where required.
  • Ensure a high quality client service is delivered to all clients
  • Ensure that all dealings with internal / external clients are conducted professionally and that requests are dealt with in a timely and effective manner and takes responsibility to resolve
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive management information within the timescales agreed
  • Management of vendor invoicing process
  • Lead by example displaying strong values and beliefs and a commitment to encouraging individuals to put the client at the front of everything that they do
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the risks to clients within their operation and how these will be mitigated

 

Background of the Position:

 

 

  • Significant Market Data experience including Pricing, Asset Creation or Data Quality
  • The candidate needs to have proven and extensive experience working with Asset Manager clients to senior levels
  • Proven record in building and maintaining a strong professional relationship
  • Experience of overseeing services provided by offshore locations
  • Demonstrates a risk focus and an understanding of the importance of identifying potential risks and of reporting risks to line management and other relevant parties
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Exposure to Vendor Management
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
