Due to an extended period of growth Meraki Talent’s leading Investment Operations client are looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator. The candidate should hold strong SIPP knowledge and will support the team manager in the delivery of consistently high levels of customer service. They are looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to either take the next step in their career into a senior role or someone looking to add to their leadership experience.

Responsibilities of the Senior (SIPP) Pensions Administrator:

-To administer pension business within customer services, providing a high standard of care

-Ensuring an excellent levels of customer service are upheld at all times

-Supporting junior colleagues with complex queries and providing ongoing coaching

-Assisting with daily team operations and deputising for the team manager


Background of the Senior (SIPP) Pensions Administrator:

-Strong pension product and administration experience, in particular relating to SIPP pensions

-Experience with the training and development of junior colleagues

-Technical SIPP pensions knowledge and practical experience

-Demonstrable experience working within a customer service environment, essential
