Meraki Talent are actively looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to work with one of their leading professional services clients. With the market rapidly evolving and many of our clients needing to work from home, set up remote access and much more, there is an immediate demand for a Service Desk Analyst to work within their team. Looking for an ASAP start we would love to hear from an experienced Service Desk Analyst who can hot the ground running.

 

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:

 

- Logging calls from the Help desk, resolving and escalating where necessary

- Providing remote access support and set up

- Proving remote tech training to others where required

- Helping to maintain the intranet and telephone systems as required

- Setting up and configuring users as required

 

Background of the Service Desk Analyst:

 

- Experience working specifically within an IT Support or Service Desk capacity is absolutely essential

- Experience working within a Windows environment is essential

- Good Active Directory, MS Exchange and Office 365 skills would be very helpful

- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2 would be a nice to have

- A decent understanding of networking would be very helpful
