Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our client, a leading SAAS company. Delivering high quality software solutions in order to improve key business functions.


Responsibilities of the Software Sales Consultant:

  • New Business Development
  • Identify potential sales opportunities using online research and effective use of CRM systems, following up with competent sales calls
  • Engage with colleagues to consistently drive improvements in pre-qualification and engagement
  • Responsible for all records within CRM database for which you are the account manager entering captured data to add new organisations and contacts
  • Making regular contact with these organisations to identify opportunities as they arise
  • Building campaign lists, favourite lists and assigning hotlist tasks within CRM Database to ensure that all potential opportunities are followed up
  • Respond to incoming enquiries generated via multi-channel marketing e.g. website, social media, forums, events


Background of the Software Sales Consultant:


  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Experience of working within a software company
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales/lead generation databases
  • Telephone-based sales experience or technical qualification
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial/sales drive
  • Aptitude to build technical understanding
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships over the phone by using a professional, friendly and tenacious approach
