Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Team Administrator (Communications Team), on behalf of our client, a highly regarded asset manager based in the city centre.  Based in stunning central offices, the successful candidate will join an existing team of 12 to provide comprehensive administration support.  A key focus of the Team Administrator includes producing presentations using PowerPoint, preparing meeting pack handouts, managing the team inbox, running reports and investigating queries. The ideal candidate will be career motivated, enjoy working within a busy environment, have strong relationship building skills and proven team administration experience gained within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities of the Team Administrator:

  • Producing presentations using MS PowerPoint 
  • Preparing comprehensive meeting handout packs 
  • Managing the team inbox
  • Diary management
  • Opening and distributing all mail
  • Collating data and running reports
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks

Background of the Team Administrator:

  • Prior administration experience and liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with figures 
  • Prior experience working experience within the financial or professional services sector 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
