Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Team Coordinator, on behalf of our client, a highly regarded financial organisation with offices in the city central Edinburgh.  Joining a busy department, this role will be varied as the Team Coordinator provides comprehensive administration support to the wider team on a daily basis.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills, competency working with figures and experienced in providing team level administration support.  Experience working in a project setting and or fast paced environment would also be advantageous. In return our client offers a competitive salary, benefits package and flexitime.

Responsibilities of the Team Coordinator:

  • Inbox management for the team, ensuring all email are recorded/tracked in terms of forwards
  • Manage requests coming through the CRM ensuring these are reviewed/authorised
  • Producing regular management information reports and spreadsheets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all queries coming into the department
  • Updating workflow trackers on behalf of the team
  • Booking meetings, both internal and external
  • Diary management
  • Booking travel
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks

Background of the Team Coordinator:

  • Recent and up to date team administration experience ideally gained within the financial services or professional services sector
  • Highly numerate, able to demonstrate experience working with figures
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Experience in using meeting room booking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised

Able to build relationships with visitors and colleagues
