Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Responsible for the provision, monitoring and reporting of MI and productivity
  • Lead by example displaying strong values and beliefs and a commitment to encouraging individuals to put the client at the front of everything that they do
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the risks to clients within their operation and how these will be mitigated
  • Implementing changes to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Resource management and staff recruitment
  • Process improvements
  • Responsibility for the efficient and accurate processing of Life, ISA and Protection business
  • Training and development in general, and appraisals including agreeing suitable objectives for all staff
  • Liaise with, challenge and understand both internal and external Audit requirement

 

Background of the Position:

  • Previous experience of managing in a financial services environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
