Meraki Talent has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join a leading investment technology firm as a Technical Implementation Consultant. The successful appointee will be responsible for working across large financial institutions to implement end user software to clients according to custom requirements.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and support the implementation of technical solutions for clients
  • Attain detailed knowledge of core funds processing principles including unit pricing, order management, cash allocation, rebalancing, asset validations and reconciliations
  • Design and document configuration solutions
  • Analyse data sets to identify trends and anomalies, assess change implications and formulate solutions
  • Undertake application testing, coordinate and deploy Implementation and Production releases

Required Experience:

  • Business Computing or Information Systems background is highly beneficial
  • Experience in programming/structured development techniques
  • Database querying skills (SQL)
  • Appreciation of business systems architecture, system administration and implementation projects
  • Experience in creating test cases and test scenarios would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable ability to produce high quality systems documentation
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
