Meraki Talent’s professional services client based in Dundee are currently looking for a customer focussed Technical Support Analyst to join them for an initial 6 month contract on a day rate basis. This role with be responsible for the deployment and rollout of Office 365.
As Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for assisting a key project delivery. Your purpose will be to represent the Service Delivery support team as part of the project. Responsible for creating quality documentation as well as performing technical work to integrate into the operational support team. You will also be responsible for representing service management within the project team from an ITIL perspective.
