Responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer
- Software Installations
- Support company product offering
- Support helpdesk
- Maintenance and after care
Background of the Technical Support Engineer
- Experience in similar support role
- Print Management Software experience in (Uniflow, Everyone Print, Equitrac, Pcounter, Paper Cut, Safecom and Pcounter)
- Full driving licence
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
