Meraki Talent are actively looking for a Technology Product Manager to work within their rapidly growing well-funded start up technology business. The Technology Product Manager will be responsible for providing product vision, creating roadmaps and bringing the product to life. This is a fantastic role that offers the individual a hugely varied amount of responsibilities. This role would suit a technology professional who lives and breathes tech, and is looking for a dynamic and vibrant working environment where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who understands tech, with a good grounding in the web dev world and ideally a bit of app development.


Responsibilities of the Technology Product Manager:


  • Identify user needs through research and analysis
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Actively participate in design reviews with the project team
  • Define and prepare product specifications, maintain and prioritise the feature backlog, and coordinate releases for defined product areas
  • Create user stories and work closely with technical teams throughout the wireframe design
  • Work closely with digital marketing team overseeing performance/ effectiveness of our website
  • Track product performance indicators such as revenue, product usage analytics


Background of the Technology Product Manager:


  • Experience within a product management related technology role essential
  • Experience working within in a fast-moving technology company or start up company would be beneficial
  • Experience driving product initiatives to successful completion
  • We’re looking for the candidate to have a deep understanding of web technologies, ideally backed up by some hands-on experience using relevant technologies
  • WordPress, React and SalesForce experience would be extremely helpful
  • Experience making hard, data-driven decisions (incl. User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs)
  • Experience working within an environment of change/project would be beneficial
  • Experience working within an Agile environment helpful
