Transaction Manager - Corporate Trust

The jobholder will work as part of a team dedicated to the review and negotiation of documentation related to new and existing transactions with a focus on trustee/agency/custody.

 

You will help with the on-boarding of new transactions, liaising with arrangers/dealers, external counsel and internal Group Legal where required as well as working closely with Client Services.

 

The company offer a very flexible work/life balance including opportunities to work from home and a strong 35-hour focused week.

 

Background of the ideal candidate:

 

  • Previous experience in a comparable role within Corporate Trust Transaction Management and operational knowledge essential.
  • Some previous credit and loan documentation experience and understanding of banking operations is desirable.
  • Sufficient structure finance and capital markets experience to ensure the Group is not expose to any operational or reputational risks.
