Careers with Meraki Talent

We asked our team what they enjoy most about working at Meraki Talent. These are their top four reasons:

Career progression

We have experienced significant growth since launching in 2015 and are set for further expansion in new office locations and sectors. These plans will lead to many unique and exciting opportunities for our consultants to grow and progress. We understand the importance of having great people in our organisation, who are all striving for the same goals and work as a team to support each other in achieving them. As much as we are growing and working with some of the largest organisations in the world we still maintain the family environment and approach to how recruitment should be done.

Management team

Alongside our candidates, we want to see our consultants succeed, and so we do everything we can to help them achieve their professional goals. Although consultants run their own desks autonomously, they never feel stuck if they have a problem as we’re always on hand to give input and advice. We lay the foundations for our consultants to grow and develop in line with the business. That’s why we provide continued support with training and encourage a supportive and collaborative office environment. There is no such thing as a silly question; our highly experienced management team are regularly and easily accessible.

Here at Meraki we do recruitment slightly different to other agencies. Because of our culture and personality as a business, people like working with us. We adopt a fully consultative approach to get to know the smaller but often important details about our candidates and clients. Knowing them better and really understanding what makes them tick, makes a big difference to the outcome and ensures greater satisfaction for everyone in the long term. We care about our candidates and support them in finding the perfect job; seeing them progress throughout their career and taking pride in knowing that we were a part of their success is why we do what we do.

Our office is a friendly, inclusive, supportive, result-focused, engaging, fair, exciting, energetic and most of all fun place to work and progress. We’re not a large global listed agency or a high street recruiter, nor do we want to be. We have a unique culture where people are treated as professionals and given a huge degree of autonomy. With that of course brings responsibility and ownership, as well as learning opportunities for all.
