Our international accountancy business specialises in the mobility of audit, tax, transfer pricing, forensics, M&A and offshore funds professionals globally. Our key locations include the Caribbean, Channel Islands, France, Malta, Switzerland, Germany, Australia and Scandinavia.
Andrew has been in financial services recruitment in the UK since 2001, and founded Meraki Talent in January 2015.
Andrew’s extensive market knowledge has enabled him to develop an enviable track record in senior hiring and establishing teams providing multi-functional recruitment services to financial services firms across the UK.
Laura initially trained as a chartered accountant before moving into professional services recruitment in 2001. Laura is recognised as one of the foremost experts in the mobility of talent for Big Four and top 10 firms having set up and established the largest international recruitment business in the UK. Laura won “Glasgow business person of the year” in 2013 and is a mentor for the Career Ready programme.

Tiffany is an experienced recruiter and has been working in Singapore for the last six years. She also marks our first bilingual employee!
