An expert in interim and contractor hiring, Gordon has spent his entire career in Financial Services and Technology recruitment in the UK and Middle East.

Accountancy & Finance

John heads up our Accountancy & Finance division in Scotland. He has diversified our offering into industry and professional services and he plays a key role in consultant training.

Nathan MacFie

London

A founding member of Meraki Talent team, Nathan moved from the Financial Services team in Scotland to the London team in 2019 to establish our London office.

Tracy Freeman

Director – HR & Executive Support

Tracy is a Director in our London office and heads up Human Resource and Executive Support.  With over twenty years hiring experience in The City of London, Tracy is an expert in recruiting HR professionals on a multi-sector basis.  Tracy’s team also support our clients with Executive Support hiring.

Greg McDermott

Associate Director – Accountancy & Finance

Greg established our Accountancy & Finance offering in the West of Scotland. He has been recruiting qualified accountants across a range of sector since 2010 and has an in-depth “black book” of Finance talent to deliver to our clients. Greg’s team also cover transactional to newly-qualified mandates for clients.

Pardeep Thind

Associate Director – Risk, Compliance & Governance

Pardeep joined Meraki in 2023 to establish our Risk, Compliance and Governance practice. Pardeep has close to fifteen years’ experience hiring Risk and Compliance professionals into Financial Services across the UK and Australia.

Associate Director – FinTech

Lisa has over fifteen years experience hiring or FinTech, Electronic Money Institutions and Payment Services firms on a global basis.  Lisa handles C-Suite to Senior Management level positions across, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
