Career Ready
Since 2019, we have proudly partnered with Career Ready, a national charity dedicated to helping young people unlock their potential and prepare for the world of work.
Each year, our team mentors a student, providing them with guidance, career coaching, and hands-on work experience at Meraki Talent.
Through this partnership, we help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and gain valuable insights into the professional world, ensuring they are equipped for success in their future careers.
Christmas Present Appeal
Every year, we run a Christmas Present Appeal to ensure that children from less privileged backgrounds have a gift to open on Christmas Day.
Working with local schools and community groups, we collect and distribute presents to families in need because every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas.
Our community partners
Career Ready
The UK’s leading Social Mobility charity. They work with employers, schools and volunteers to provide career support, work experience and insights to students who experience barriers in accessing education and/or gaining employment. Our Directors participate as volunteers and we provide work experience.
Disability Confident Employer Scheme
Meraki Talent joined the UK government’s Disability Confident Employer Scheme in 2017. Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about and to take action to improve how they recruit, train and develop disabled people.

Feeding Britain
Work with regional partners to provide emergency food aid to those in need to make hunger a thing of the past. Each Christmas, the staff at Meraki Talent make financial contributions to Threehills Community to support those in need in Glasgow.
The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI)
The professional body of choice for the Financial Services Profession. Since 2016 we have sponsored their annual award dinner in Scotland that celebrates the achievements of those studying towards their professional qualifications.
