Refer a Friend

We value personal recommendations. To recognise and reward successful recommendations and referrals, Meraki Talent provides a 'Referral scheme' for recommendations that lead to a successful placement as follows:

• The Meraki Talent ‘Refer a friend’ scheme and the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between this Refer a Friend scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.
• Excludes candidates currently registered with Meraki Talent.
• No monetary alternative is available.
• Referrals must be made to Meraki Talent before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage may not be valid.
• To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be referred and placed within a 12-month period.
  We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
• There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.
• If your friend is placed in a role you will be eligible for your gift 4 weeks after your referred candidate commences employment in a temporary or permanent role.
• Once your friend successfully completes their qualifying period please contact your local office to receive your vouchers.
• Meraki Talent and its supplier accept no responsibility for vouchers not successfully received due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• Meraki Talent and its supplier has no liability for lost or stolen or e-vouchers, once the voucher is received by you.
• Meraki Talent reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time
• The candidate referred must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
• The referral scheme is open until 31st December 2022.
• Meraki Talent reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Refer a Friend" scheme at any time and without notice.
• The referral scheme is not available to employees of Meraki Talent.
• Meraki Talent’s decision is final.
