As awareness of ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions grows, employers are being challenged to rethink how they recruit, manage and support people with different ways of thinking and working.
This session brings together leaders from recruitment, law and specialist neurodiversity organisations to move the conversation beyond awareness and into action.
