With over 20 years of experience in specialist recruitment, Ellen brings deep industry knowledge, a proven commercial track record, and a people-first leadership style. She has led high-performing teams across contract and permanent recruitment, delivering multimillion-pound revenues and building impactful talent strategies across Investment Banking, Asset Management, and the wider financial services market.

Ellen is widely recognised for her ability to build and scale successful recruitment functions, develop future leaders, and shape career frameworks, incentives, and L&D programmes that drive both performance and retention. Her longstanding client relationships across financial services—particularly in Investment Banking and Asset Management—will further enhance Meraki Talent’s ability to deliver trusted, relationship-led solutions.

In addition, Ellen brings valuable insight through her ongoing consultancy work with global Asset Managers on ED&I initiatives, aligning closely with Meraki Talent’s commitment to building inclusive and future-ready talent strategies.
