The MT Academy is open to all graduates, recent graduates and those who are new to recruitment. The first intake starts on 20th of June. If you are looking for an exceptional graduate scheme to launch your career in recruitment, the MT Academy could be for you.

About the Academy
A career in recruitment is the ideal graduate path, with plenty of opportunities to progress. If you’re selected for the MT Academy, you’ll enjoy training and development from day one.
As a member of the MT Academy, you will have access to a buddying scheme, training and development, a choice of locations to work from and a competitive salary with unlimited commission. You will have the opportunity to manage staff within 12 months and run your own recruitment desk.
At Meraki Talent you will specialise in a particular industry, recruiting professionals into roles and organisations within that sector. If you are a graduate, you may choose to work in an area you studied at university. For example, if you studied accounting and finance, you may want to specialise in the finance sector and work with financial organisations.
