Joel joined Meraki in 2024 as Head of Private Markets., working to support Private Equity, Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment Funds, as well as Private Debt firms and Placement Agents with their hiring needs.
His team provides experienced talent for Investor, Investor Relations, and Portfolio Operational roles, alongside Finance & Fund Raising positions from Associate to Managing Director grades.
Killian started his recruitment career after graduating from University of Ulster with an MBA, focusing on the US and European markets with a boutique recruitment firm. From there, Killian joined Meraki Talent, an established UK, award-winning recruitment firm to be part of the new private markets team, predominately focusing on the US market.
