Since establishing Meraki Talent in 2015, Andrew has led the business from an ambitious start-up into an international organisation with offices across the UK and a global client base spanning banking, investment management, professional services, accountancy and finance, legal, technology, risk, compliance, human resources and executive leadership.

Andrew's expertise extends well beyond recruitment. He works closely with senior executives, boards and business leaders to advise on talent strategy, organisational growth, succession planning, executive appointments and workforce planning.
