With several years of recruitment and account management experience, Chris has developed a strong understanding of the demands of temporary and contract hiring, where speed, communication and the ability to identify the right people quickly are critical. 

At Meraki Talent, Chris has a dedicated remit to develop our Accountancy & Finance interim and contract offering across the whole of Scotland, working with businesses requiring additional finance capability for short and medium-term assignments, fixed-term contracts and temporary appointments.

He recruits across a broad range of interim, temporary and contract finance roles, from transactional and part-qualified positions through to qualified accountants including financial accountants, management accountants, finance business partners and financial controllers. Working alongside Meraki Talent’s established Accountancy & Finance team, Chris provides dedicated contract and interim recruitment support to businesses across Scotland. 

Chris works closely with clients to understand not simply the technical requirements of an assignment, but why additional resource is required and how quickly that person needs to make an impact. Whether supporting a period of transformation, providing additional capacity during a busy reporting cycle, covering an unexpected vacancy or securing specialist expertise for a defined project, his focus is on providing a responsive and straightforward recruitment service.

For candidates, Chris builds relationships with finance professionals who value the variety and flexibility that interim and contract careers can offer, as well as those considering temporary work between permanent positions. He takes time to understand availability, experience, location and career objectives, helping connect people with assignments that genuinely fit.

Based in Scotland and working as part of Meraki Talent's wider Accountancy & Finance team, Chris combines his experience of high-tempo recruitment with the team's established finance network and market knowledge.
