We engaged with Meraki when looking to recruit a Business Services & Outsourcing Director. Dean was very proactive, engaging with us to fully understand the role and in a relatively short space of time identified two quality candidates, one of whom we recruited. Throughout the process I was impressed by how engaged Dean was, how he communicated with us and the candidate, and even after the offer was made and accepted he kept in touch with me throughout the period until the candidate joined us. His approach has been very professional throughout. Dean took his time to understand the business and the culture within our firm. You can clearly tell we are high in Dean’s thoughts, and he is invested in the business. All candidates sent have always been relevant and at minimum worth a 2nd interview. He is very supportive, has never pushed candidates and was aware of which candidates would be unsuitable and would inform me personally to give an honest and accurate assessment of CVs sent and where shortfalls may be. He anticipates concerns well and keeps an open line of communication and minimizes threats well through perseverance.
