Since joining Meraki Talent after relocating from Ireland, he has focused on supporting businesses across Central Scotland with permanent, temporary and contract recruitment for transactional finance and part-qualified accounting positions.

Working with organisations ranging from ambitious SMEs to large national and international businesses, Dylan has developed a strong understanding of the skills that drive high-performing finance teams. He recruits across the full transactional finance spectrum, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Payroll, Finance Assistants, Assistant Accountants and other part-qualified finance professionals, partnering with clients to build teams that can support growth and operational success.
