I always knew where I was in the process and that‘s a result of good management of expectations and of the process on your side. You were direct and as open as you can towards a candidate in such a process. I had the feeling that you not only did manage well my side but also the other side and you were actively seeking feedback from both sides at every key step in the hiring process. As a result of that I built a lot of trust in you and that helped me in feeling comfortable.
