Before moving into recruitment, Joanna built an accomplished legal career as a practising Solicitor, spending more than eight years working primarily in London and the South East. She specialised in Corporate Defence and Regulatory law with a Top 50 UK law firm, advising clients on complex, high-profile matters that attracted national media attention. Her expertise and dedication were recognised by The Legal 500, where she was named a 'Next Generation Lawyer' in both 2016 and 2018.
