With extensive experience in private assets, he possesses a deep understanding of the investment strategies, operating models, and talent challenges shaping the alternatives landscape. He partners with investment firms to place high-calibre professionals from Associate through to Partner and senior leadership, combining granular market intelligence with a consultative approach.

Joel focuses on building durable, long-term relationships across the market. He believes successful executive search requires evaluating not just technical capability, but investment philosophy, strategic ambition, and cultural alignment.

As Meraki accelerates its US expansion, Joel drives the division’s network growth and market intelligence, partnering with GPs, LPs, and advisory platforms across the fund lifecycle.

Outside of search, Joel tracks UK infrastructure developments, is an avid food enthusiast (fat), and follows every sport under the sun.
