Jonathan Kearsley

Today, Jonathan partners with Investment Managers, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Private Equity firms, technology providers and other organisations operating across the investment ecosystem. He has built an extensive network across the change and transformation community, supporting clients with the specialist expertise required to deliver complex programmes across the front, middle and back office.

His experience covers major business and technology transformation initiatives including investment platform and OMS transformation, operating model change, data transformation, regulatory programmes and wider technology-enabled change. Jonathan works closely with senior stakeholders to understand not simply the roles they need to fill, but the business challenge, programme objectives and outcomes they are looking to achieve.

Over recent years, Jonathan has played a key role in developing Meraki’s Statement of Work capability within the Investment Management market. This provides clients with an alternative to traditional contractor hiring, enabling them to access specialist project teams and expertise through clearly defined scopes, deliverables, milestones and outcomes.

Alongside Statement of Work, Jonathan continues to support clients through interim and contract recruitment as well as selected senior permanent and leadership appointments. This breadth allows him to advise clients on the most appropriate talent and delivery model for the challenge they are facing, from securing an individual specialist through to mobilising a broader project team.

Outside of work, Jonathan spends most of his time with his son. That generally means kicking a football around and following Liverpool together, as well as proudly watching his son’s Kung Fu and drama performances.
