Nick leads senior and executive mandates across Global Financial Services and FinTech, covering COO, Sales & Trading and Control Functions. My focus spans operational leadership, regulatory reporting, revenue-generating businesses and compliance, supporting firms navigating growth, regulatory scrutiny and transformation.

Over the past decade, he has built and scaled specialist practices within transaction reporting, regulatory change and operational transformation, partnering directly with business leaders on organisational design, succession planning and critical hires aligned to operational, risk, governance and revenue priorities.

His core focus is Front Office talent across Fixed Income, Macro and Credit, with particular expertise across Rates, FX, Emerging Markets, Commodities, Structured Credit and systematic and relative value strategies.

He advises clients on both individual strategic hires and broader team or franchise builds, working across Portfolio Management, Trading, Sales, Research, Strategy, Business Development and senior leadership.

Having spent more than a decade in financial markets search, Nicholas has developed an extensive network across both the buy-side and sell-side. His work ranges from identifying established risk-takers and investment professionals for hedge funds and asset managers through to senior trading, sales and leadership appointments within global investment banks.

Alongside traditional financial institutions, he also works with exchanges, clearing houses, market infrastructure providers, quantitative trading firms and financial technology businesses.

His approach is relationship-led and research-driven, with a particular emphasis on understanding the market, identifying talent that is not actively looking and advising clients on where the strongest individuals and teams sit across their competitive landscape.
