Richard handles all things Operational and Compliance. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, he supports the operational infrastructure behind the business and helps ensure our consultants, clients, candidates and contractors receive a professional and compliant service.

With over 9 years of experience in operations in the recruitment industry, Richard is a specialist in all things IR35, GDPR, Payroll, and Employment regulations.

His role spans the day-to-day operational requirements of a busy recruitment business as well as the policies, processes and controls that allow Meraki to work confidently with organisations and professionals across multiple markets.

Known for his attention to detail and methodical approach, Richard is often one of the people working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs as it should – from contractor onboarding and compliance requirements to operational processes and regulatory standards. As Meraki continues to grow and develop its contract, interim and wider talent solutions, Richard's expertise helps provide the robust operational foundation needed to support that growth.
