Steven works across the breadth of Financial Services, partnering with organisations including Asset and Wealth Managers, Banks, Insurers, FinTechs, Investment Platforms and wider Financial Services businesses.

His coverage extends across a broad range of functions including Operations, Client Services, Risk & Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Finance, Change & Transformation and Business Support, enabling him to support clients with hiring requirements across multiple areas of their organisation.

Having recruited extensively within Financial Services, Steven has developed a strong network and a detailed understanding of the people, businesses and evolving talent requirements shaping the sector. His broad market perspective also allows him to identify transferable skills and connect professionals with opportunities they may not previously have considered.

Steven takes a relationship-led approach, investing time in understanding the ambitions of the professionals he represents and the culture, objectives and longer-term requirements of the organisations he works with.

Based primarily in Meraki Talent’s Edinburgh office, Steven supports clients and candidates across Scotland and the wider UK, working alongside Meraki’s specialist Financial Services teams to provide access to an extensive network across the sector.
