An expert in interim and contractor hiring, Gordon has spent his entire career in Financial Services and Technology recruitment in the UK and Middle East.
John heads up our Accountancy & Finance division in Scotland. He has diversified our offering into industry and professional services and he plays a key role in consultant training.
A founding member of Meraki Talent team, Nathan moved from the Financial Services team in Scotland to the London team in 2019 to establish our London office.
Tracy is a Director in our London office and heads up Human Resource and Executive Support. With over twenty years hiring experience in The City of London, Tracy is an expert in recruiting HR professionals on a multi-sector basis. Tracy’s team also support our clients with Executive Support hiring.
Greg established our Accountancy & Finance offering in the West of Scotland. He has been recruiting qualified accountants across a range of sector since 2010 and has an in-depth “black book” of Finance talent to deliver to our clients. Greg’s team also cover transactional to newly-qualified mandates for clients.
Pardeep joined Meraki in 2023 to establish our Risk, Compliance and Governance practice. Pardeep has close to fifteen years’ experience hiring Risk and Compliance professionals into Financial Services across the UK and Australia.
Ben has been recruiting Qualified Accountants in London since 2014. Ben has an enviable track record of placing top talent into a variety of Finance roles on a mulit-sector basis.
Ben joined Meraki on our graduate scheme in 2015 and has progressed to Associate Director within our Financial Service practice in Scotland. Ben and his team support Asset Management, Platform, Savings & Investment firm, Banks and Wealth Managers across a range of specialism
Joel joined Meraki in 2024 as Head of Private Markets., working to support Private Equity, Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment Funds, as well as Private Debt firms and Placement Agents with their hiring needs.
His team provides experienced talent for Investor, Investor Relations, and Portfolio Operational roles, alongside Finance & Fund Raising positions from Associate to Managing Director grades.
Lisa has over fifteen years experience hiring or FinTech, Electronic Money Institutions and Payment Services firms on a global basis. Lisa handles C-Suite to Senior Management level positions across, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and Marketing.

John took on a difficult job in finding us candidate for a relatively specific role to our business, requiring a difficult level of experience and skills to find in the current market. John was upfront about the challenge of filling this role but took the time to speak to me directly to understand both the type of personality we were looking for as well as the experience and skill set. He also clearly took onboard the ethos and vision of our team and was able to get that across to the successful candidate.
Communication was good throughout the process, from the search itself to the interview process and resulting hire. Crucially, the hire was completed prior to the incumbent in the role and the successful candidate started the week after the incumbent left, saving us a period of significant gap in resource.
